ABOUT THE SERVICE
DPFP Family Photo Messaging is a private, invitation-only family photo service. Family members and invited friends may send family photographs by SMS or MMS to the dedicated DPFP telephone number, (630) 349-7742.
The service may send automated receipt acknowledgments, processing notices, help responses, and opt-out confirmations. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.
ELIGIBILITY AND CONSENT
Participation is limited to family members and invited friends who have received a personal invitation from the DPFP operator outside the DPFP text-messaging service.
After reviewing these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, an invitee may opt in by texting START to (630) 349-7742.
By texting START, the participant consents to receive transactional SMS and MMS messages from DPFP Family Photo Messaging. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES
Message frequency varies based on participant activity. Messages are generally limited to opt-in confirmations, receipt acknowledgments, processing notices, help responses, and opt-out confirmations.
Message and data rates may apply.
OPTING OUT AND GETTING HELP
Reply STOP to any DPFP automated text message to stop future automated messages.
Reply START to opt in again.
Reply HELP for assistance or email glenke@comcast.net.
SUBMITTED CONTENT
Participants must have the right or permission to submit each photograph and any accompanying text.
By submitting content, the participant grants DPFP Family Photo Messaging permission to receive, copy, process, archive, and display that content within the private family photo service.
Participants may not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, infringing, or unauthorized content.

DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY
SMS and MMS delivery is subject to wireless-carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
DPFP Family Photo Messaging may suspend or discontinue the service, restrict misuse, or remove submitted content when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
