ABOUT THIS SERVICE
DPFP Family Photo Messaging is a private, invitation-only family photo service. Family members and invited friends may send family photographs by SMS or MMS to the dedicated DPFP telephone number. The service may send automated acknowledgments, processing notices, help responses, and opt-out confirmations. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use the service, we may collect:
• Your mobile telephone number and, if provided, your name.

• Information associated with submitted photographs, such as filenames, dates, dimensions, and available metadata.
• Message-related information, including sending time, delivery status, and technical processing records.
• Consent, opt-out, and support-request information.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information is used only to:
• Receive, process, archive, and display submitted family photographs.
• Send automated receipt acknowledgments, processing notices, help responses, and opt-out confirmations.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service.
• Prevent spam, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

INFORMATION SHARING
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Mobile information—including mobile telephone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent—will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers, including Twilio, solely when necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service. These providers may use the information only to provide their contracted services.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the rights and safety of users or others.
PHOTO AND DATA RETENTION
Submitted photographs may be retained as part of the private family photo archive until they are manually removed. Messaging records and technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and document the service.
You may request removal of submitted content or associated personal information by contacting us. Residual copies may remain temporarily in routine backups until those backups are replaced.
YOUR CHOICES
Participation is voluntary and limited to family members and invited friends.
Message frequency varies based on participant activity and may include receipt acknowledgments, processing notices, help responses, and opt-out confirmations. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any DPFP automated text message to stop future automated messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Withdrawing from messaging does not automatically delete photographs previously submitted; deletion may be requested separately.
SECURITY
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
